Manufactured using a clear span aluminium structure the covers fit all new and existing tanks. The frame is then fitted with a PVC cover to eliminate rain water from entering the tank and to provide improved order control. The cover has excellent UV qualities and has a design life which is compatible with the glass-fused to steel tanks.

With new regulation requiring storage facilities to hold effluent for a longer period the cover provides a cost effective solution to increasing storage capacity by reducing rain water entering the tank, and removing the need to have a free board at the top of the tank.

The design of the cover allows for simple installation which leads to a cost effective solution to help manage slurry storage.

We were pleased to be commissioned by Yaregrain PLC to design and obtain planning permission for their new 30000 ton storage and processing facility at Cantley Norfolk.

Phase 1 consisting of 5000 tonne of silo storage with new lorry loading silos, was completed for harvest 2011. More information and pictures can be found in our recent project area of our website.
